Fundamentos éticos para la formación de bacteriólogos de la Universidad de Córdoba, Colombia
Synopsis
The lack of ethics among bacteriology professionals requires the development of academic proposals for the training of university students with methodologies based on constructivism, focusing on Competency-Based Learning [CBL], to generate meaningful and quality learning processes. This chapter reviews the existing ethical gap in the profession of bacteriology and the responsibility of the boards responsible for monitoring and controlling breaches of professional ethics. Next, the structure of the academic proposal is detailed, based on the curricular guidelines of the University of Córdoba, to develop a course plan within the framework of the course Ethics and Bioethics.
